Exploratory mountaineering in Russia – having reached the 3706m subsidiary peak (the ridge up to the right), we set off onto a small glacier to reach Irbistu (Snow Leopard), the highest peak (3967m) in the South Chuysky range, Siberia, Russian Altai.
